SilverLeaf Plantation is born from the vision to provide the perfect living environment for northeast Florida families. As a master-planned, mixed-use development, this 7,500-acre community will provide a unique balance of residential and commercial uses, as well as a full complement of community support services. Over its 15-year buildout, SilverLeaf will be developed into multiple residential neighborhoods, non residential space, multimillion dollar recreation facilities and community parks. OakLeaf Plantation is a 6,400-acre master-planned community approved for up
to 11,000 dwelling units and features more than 1,400 acres of preservation
area; two multimillion dollar Athletic Centers; five planned schools; two
planned retail village centers; 5.8 million square feet of commercial, office
and industrial space; a new regional shopping center site and 15 miles of
walking and biking paths.
Johns Creek
Johns Creek is a 450-acre, mixed-use community in northwest St. Johns County,
located along CR 210, two miles west of I-95. Johns Creek is planned for 583
homes, and recreational facilities including aquatics, tennis and basketball
courts, sports fields and more. Also included at Johns Creek are 30 acres
of commercial space.
